Garages, sheds and outbuildings have been broken into.

It's the time of year when your getting all your gardening tools back out. Offenders know this and the thefts have started. Cross farm was attacked the other week. Please be aware.


Offender(s) have cut off padlocks and jemmied doors to gain entry. Power tools, bikes and gardening equipment have been stolen.


Details of recent incidents reported in our area are as follows:


Russells Water – Henley

Between 11/3 & 12/3 (drill, chain saw & pressure washer stolen from a garage)


Swyncombe – Henley

Between 10/3 & 12/3 - (drills & hedge trimmer stolen from a garage and shed in Coates Lane)


Nettlebed – Henley

Between 8/3 & 12/3 (gardening equipment stolen from a garage in Park Corner)


Ewelme – Wallingford

Between 10/3 & 12/3 (£5,000 tree stump grinding machine & chain saw stolen a shed in Wingfield Close)


Benson – Wallingford

Between 10/3 & 11/3 (hedge trimmer, chain saw and electric drill stolen from a garage in Blacklands Road)


Dorchester on Thames – Wallingford

Between 7/3 & 13/3 (2 x 900 litre storage containers stolen from a location in Henley Road) It is believed these may be used for fuel thefts.
